The ninth national conference MOCVD of China, sponsored by Nonferrous Metal Society of China and organized by the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), will be held in the historic city Hefei during April 23-28, 2005.
　　The purpose of the conference is to provide an opportunity for researchers and engineers engaged in MOCVD to exchange information and viewpoints with each other,to discuss the urgent problems and promote collaborations between the industry and research organization.
